Refund policy

If we miss 48 hours, the pack is free. No back-and-forth, no questions asked.

The 48-hour clock starts when your payment clears in Stripe. If all three MP4s are not delivered to your download page within that window, email hello@propertyvideoads.com with your pack id and we issue a full refund.

We'll still finish the pack and deliver the videos — the refund is the apology, not a reason to walk away.

What this does not cover

• Disagreement with the creative direction. We send three concept previews before you pay; that's the moment to redirect.
• Photos that are unusable (extreme blur, watermarked screenshots, under 6 photos uploaded). We'll flag these before charging.
